Delivery

When will I get my order?
Each piece is made just for you! It typically takes 3–7 days to fulfill your order. After that, it's on its way! Shipping times vary by location:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?
We work with a trusted print-on-demand partner that has fulfillment centers all over the world. Your order will be shipped from the location closest to you to make sure it gets there as fast and sustainably as possible.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
Sometimes, yes. Customs and tax fees may apply to international orders. These are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control. We recommend checking with your local office if you're unsure.

My order should be here by now—what should I do?
We get it, waiting is hard! Before reaching out, please:

  1. Double-check your shipping confirmation email for any address errors

  2. Check in with your local post office

  3. Ask your neighbors—sometimes packages make surprise visits

Still nothing? If the address was correct and you’ve checked those spots, contact us at [insert your support email here] with your order number.
If there was a mistake in the address, we can send a replacement, but the shipping cost will be on you.

Orders

How are your products made?
All products are made to order by our print-on-demand partner. They print and ship from the facility that’s closest to you, to reduce shipping times and waste. 

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email. Questions along the way? Just email us at [insert your support email here].

I received the wrong or a damaged item. What now?
Oh no! We're so sorry. Please email [insert your support email here] within 7 days with:

  • A photo of the item

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll take care of it for you.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
Since everything is made just for you, we don't offer returns or exchanges. But if there’s an issue with your order, contact us—we’re here to help.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes, but only in cases where you’ve received the wrong item or something arrived damaged. Email [insert your support email here] with a photo and your order number.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?
We don’t offer exchanges at the moment. Not sure what size to get? Check out the size chart in the product description.
If you received a mislabeled item, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number—we’ll make it right.
