Every Milene Collie piece is made just for you the moment you order it – we don’t keep stock and we avoid overproduction as much as we can.
Because of that, we can’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind or wrong size. Please have a look at our full return policy before ordering.

Shipping
Because every piece is made just for you, there’s a short production time before your order is handed over to the carrier. After that, shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose.

- In areas where the fabric is double-layered, details from the inner fabric layer may subtly show through, especially with lighter designs.
- In case of low fabric stock, we might use comparable fabric to fulfill the order. The substitute will be as close to the original as possible.
- After washing, the fabric will become softer.
